State of the Wall is a small, curated team based in New York City. We hire infrequently and intentionally. Most of our roles open through referral; a few open here.

What we look for

People who treat a small brand as a craft, not a startup. People who understand that a curated catalog is harder than an unlimited one. People who can articulate why a pattern earns its place, and who would rather ship five extraordinary things than fifty average ones.
